About the role


The role focuses on initiating, building and maintaining relationships with agents, key vendors, partners, and clients. It involves proactive outreach, consistent communication, clear coordination, and disciplined follow-up to support pre-sales, partnerships, and incoming inquiries.


Key Duties


• Act as the main communication point for clients, agents, partners, and vendors via email, conference calls, and LinkedIn.

• Proactively research, identify, and initiate contact with stakeholders, and build relationships across all groups whenever required or when new opportunities arise.

• Qualify clients & inquiries, clarify requirements, and schedule meetings.

• Track all interactions & opportunities.

• Follow up consistently on open conversations, proposals, and pending replies.

• Escalate complex or high-value opportunities when needed.

• Coordinate with sales, account and project managers to ensure smooth handover of opportunities & projects

Requirements


• Mandatory 2–3 years of experience in any of the following B2B functions:

– Pre-sales

– Inside sales

– Client relations

– Communications


• Excellent written and spoken English (clear, neutral accent) with strong email and communication etiquette.

• Excellent communication skills; approachable, open, and able to connect easily with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Confident handling Zoom/Teams calls with international clients.

• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage repetitive, day-to-day outreach.

• Industry background in professional services, events, consulting or language services.

• Organized, reliable, responsive, and comfortable with polite persistence.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (business, communications, languages, or related).
