Solution Architect (Healthcare Claims Processing Application)

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design

• Architect end-to-end solutions for healthcare claims processing, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Define system components, interactions, and data flow between services and third-party integrations.

Technology Leadership

• Guide the adoption and implementation of technologies like Drools for business rules, Kong for API management, and Kafka for event streaming.
• Optimize data storage and analytics using PostgreSQL, Debezium, ClickHouse, and Metabase.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Provide technical mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

System Integration

• Design integration strategies for real-time and batch claims processing workflows.
• Ensure seamless communication between front-end (React), back-end (Java), and middleware layers.

Performance and Reliability

• Define SLAs for system performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the application runs smoothly.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure the solution adheres to healthcare industry standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Implement secure APIs, data encryption, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Documentation and Governance

• Prepare architectural diagrams, design documents, and system workflows.
• Establish coding, testing, and deployment standards across teams.

Required Skills:
