Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. Address and resolve customer complaints by understanding issues, investigating problems, and providing effective solutions. Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with diverse customers from different geographical locations. Document customer interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while striving to meet individual and team targets. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with product knowledge and customer handling techniques. Work Environment & Schedule: Work in an International Voice or Non-Voice process supporting clients from across the globe. Domestic customer service operations serving local clients with a focus on quality and efficiency. Rotational shifts including night shifts to support 24/7 customer service operations. Flexible working days, typically 5 or 6 days per week depending on business requirements. Candidate Profile: Fresh graduates, post-graduates, and candidates with Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) are encouraged to apply. Both freshers looking to start their career and experienced professionals seeking growth opportunities are welcome. Excellent communication skills in English and/or other relevant languages, depending on process requirements. Strong problem-solving skills with patience and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
