JD's About The Role ::- AWS EKS We are looking for an experienced EKS Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service infrastructure. As an integral member of our DevOps team, you will collaborate closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our containerized applications. Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain EKS clusters in accordance with industry best practices. Automate the provisioning and scaling of Kubernetes infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying containerized applications to EKS clusters. Monitor the health and performance of EKS clusters and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of containerized workloads. Work closely with software development teams to optimize application performance and scalability on Kubernetes. Stay informed about the latest developments in Kubernetes and EKS and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption. Requirements:Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, including cluster provisioning, management, and optimization. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AWS infrastructure and application issues. Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator [CKA]) are a plus.
