Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Business Studies Faculty to deliver engaging and effective instruction to students in [Grade Level/College/Professional Program]. The ideal candidate will have expertise in core business concepts and a commitment to fostering student learning and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, discussions, and interactive sessions on topics such as Marketing, Finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Ethics. Develop and deliver lesson plans in alignment with the academic curriculum. Create assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide timely feedback. Encourage classroom participation and support students with academic challenges. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Business and incorporate relevant examples. Participate in periodic faculty meetings and collaborate with peers as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Prior teaching experience at the school or college level preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and inspire learners in both in-person and online environments. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with modern teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Industry experience or practical exposure to business operations. Ability to teach interdisciplinary or elective modules (if applicable).
