Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and experienced Kindergarten Teacher. The ideal candidate will implement the Cambridge Early Years framework while fostering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for young learners aged 3 to 6 years. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the Cambridge Early Years curriculum. Foster holistic development including physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth. Use play-based and inquiry-based learning strategies to support early learning. Prepare and implement daily lesson plans, activities, and assessments. Observe and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback to parents. Maintain a well-organized, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and support staff to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery. Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss student development. Participate in school events, professional development programs, and curriculum planning meetings. Ensure a safe learning environment by following health, safety, and safeguarding procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (mandatory). Teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, Montessori, or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in an early years setting; Cambridge or international curriculum experience preferred.
