IGA Program Identity Governance and Administration in GIS (Global IT Security)_Remote

 looking to implement IGA tools to standardize and manage user identities and access across their systems. IGA is a key part of an organization's cybersecurity tech stack. Candidate is expected to develop multi-year IGA Program plan once onboarded. There is a strong desire to find someone who can help move this program from waterfall to agile and leverage real-time reporting capabilities of JIRA. This is a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

• Strong seasoned Program Manager (not project manager), who knows how to talk to leadership and can navigate an organization

• Hands-on experience with setting up the right governance and tools for complex programs.

• Understanding of IT Security especially identity management (IGA) is good to have, but in the end not a must

• Understanding of agile and how to do burn down charts, and experience with Jira is a must.
