IELTS Trainer

Job Opening: IELTS / Verbal Trainer (3 Hours Daily – Fixed Slot)

Location: EduNirvana Academics

As part of the EduNirvana Academics team, you will contribute in two key ways:

1. Teaching (Core Responsibility)

Our curriculum is structured, but your delivery is where the magic happens.
We want your personality, creativity, and energy in the classroom.
If you enjoy drama, storytelling, humour, or any style that keeps today’s short-attention-span students engaged for 3 focused hours, this role is for you.

2. Mentoring (Student Support)

Teaching is only half the job.
You will also guide students through email, chats, and online forums.Explaining concepts in writing, breaking down mistakes, and helping them understand why scores aren’t improving will be part of your daily routine.Some days you’ll run workshops from scratch; on others, you’ll deep-dive into student progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students for IELTS/TOEFL (3 hours per day).
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the program structure.
• Conduct demos and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure learning outcomes.
• Prepare tests, exercises, and evaluation materials.
• Check assignments, mark reports, and provide detailed feedback.
• Maintain attendance and student performance records.
• Conduct school workshops and presentations when required.
• Create, update, and refine training material.
• Maintain excellent written communication with correct grammar and tone.
• Bring strong research and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in English / Mass Communication / Journalism (preferred).
• Experience in the Education & Training sector (recommended).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
