To strengthen our academic team, we are looking for passionate and experienced IELTS Speaking Tutors who can deliver engaging and effective speaking sessions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic IELTS Speaking Tutors to conduct personalized and group-based training sessions for students preparing for the IELTS speaking exam. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching IELTS or spoken English, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their target scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions focused on the IELTS Speaking module.
• Assess students’ speaking proficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Create customized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual learning needs and language levels.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and coherence.
• Use varied teaching methodologies and engaging resources to enhance student participation and retention.
• Guide students on the structure, format, and expectations of the IELTS Speaking exam.
• Administer mock speaking tests to simulate exam conditions and track progress.
• Encourage and motivate students to overcome speaking challenges and build confidence.
• Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in IELTS assessment criteria and incorporate them into sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching IELTS or Spoken English.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable, and student-centric teaching attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple learners with different proficiency levels.
• Availability for immediate joining.
