IELTS Faculty

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Faculty member located in Rishikesh. The IELTS Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, designing course materials, and evaluating students' performance. The role also involves conducting mock tests, providing feedback to students, and helping them develop test-taking strategies. The faculty member will need to stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and collaborate with other educators to enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English language teaching, including tutoring and mentoring skills
• A thorough understanding of IELTS exam structure, test formats, and evaluation criteria
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to design effective lesson plans and course materials
• Proficient in providing constructive feedback and tailored guidance to students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to curriculum development
• Experience in teaching or training, particularly in exam preparation, is an advantage
• Qualification in TESOL/TEFL is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
