Job Overview. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IELTS Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an IELTS Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals who are seeking to study in Canada and Australia. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Touchstone Educationals LLP is a leading visa and immigration consultancy firm with a network of branches across Punjab and Haryana. With over two decades of experience, we have been providing expert and personalized services to students.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree. Excellent knowledge of study programs, universities, and visa requirements for Canada and Australia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build report with students and provide guidance based on their individual needs and aspirations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide expert guidance and assistance to individuals who are planning to study in Canada and Australia. Assess the English language proficiency of applicants through IELTS exams and recommend appropriate study programs. Educate students about the various study options available and provide unbiased advice on the best course and university selection. Assist students with the visa application process and provide support in gathering the required documentation. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
