Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IDR Operations Specialist with a background in medical coding and healthcare claims processing to manage and support Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) cases. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in claims assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical claims submitted for IDR processing.
• Access, assess, and process disputed claims between healthcare providers and insurance payers.
• Ensure compliance with IDR rules and timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation for each dispute case.
• Use IDR platforms and claims systems to track and manage disputes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any domain
• Good knowledge of healthcare insurance and medical billing practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years in medical coding and claims processing.
• Experience with IDR submissions, CMS systems, or third-party dispute platforms.
• Background in revenue cycle operations or provider billing.
