Role Overview:

IGA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and support IGA solutions, focusing on RSA Aveksa.

• Work on

  application onboarding

  ,

  recertification campaigns

  ,

  custom reporting

  , and

  workflow enhancements

  .
• Develop and enhance Java-based custom connectors, forms, and business logic for the IGA environment.
• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to

  service tickets

  , requests, and incidents in line with SLAs.
• Perform

  configuration updates

  ,

  system maintenance

  ,

  patching

  , and

  troubleshooting

  as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify issues, communicate resolutions, and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Prepare and maintain detailed

  SOPs

  ,

  technical documentation

  , and

  resolution procedures

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security compliance, governance, and audit activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-15 years

  of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one IGA tool such as

  Saviynt, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, IBM ISIM, or Arcon

  (SailPoint experience excluded).
• Strong

  Java programming

  and

  SQL scripting

  skills.
• Experience with

  application onboarding

  ,

  recertification processes

  , and

  custom report generation

  in IGA systems.
• Good understanding of

  identity lifecycle management

  ,

  access policies

  , and

  governance workflows

  .
• Ability to manage

  incident resolution

  ,

  system patching

  , and

  enhancement activities

  independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to

  RSA Aveksa / RSA Governance & Lifecycle

  platform (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Knowledge of

  ITIL processes

  ,

  ticketing tools

  , and

  change management workflows

  .
• Familiarity with

  LDAP, Active Directory

  , or other directory services.
