Job Title: ICU Staff Nurse
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years preferred
Location: HCG Hospital, Jaipur
Joining: Immediate to 1 Month

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
• Assist physicians during procedures, rounds, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, and communicate care plans effectively.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols.
• Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.
• Experience: Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred (freshers may be considered based on hospital policy).
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
• Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
