Job Description: As a professional with experience in manufacturing of ice creams and retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of ice creams while managing retail operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the manufacturing process of ice creams, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in retail outlets. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock availability. - Train and supervise staff members in both manufacturing and retail operations. - Analyze market trends and customer preferences to introduce new flavors and products.
