Ice-Cream plant Maintenance Executive (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

As a Maintenance Executive for the Ice Cream plant at Heritage Foods in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all preventive maintenance operations of the plant, machinery, and equipment. This includes the Extruder line, Cone, Bulk filling and processing equipment from leading OEMs. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Ice Cream Unit and avoiding any inconveniences. To excel in this role, you should have a strong familiarity with automated packaging and production lines. Experience with refrigeration systems, including ammonia compressors, pasteurizers, and homogenizers, is essential. Proficiency in handling PLC, SCADA, and automation systems is also required. An understanding of GMP and HACCP compliance is necessary to maintain the quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration equipment. Implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance strategies is key to ensuring the efficiency of the plant. Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives will be an added advantage in this role. Additionally, experience in spare parts management and inventory control will be beneficial. This position requires your willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and falls within an age group of 28-35 years. Relevant experience in the Ice-cream industry is a must-have qualification for this role.
