IBMS Engineer

We are seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Engineer with hands-on experience in BMS operations, maintenance, and reporting. The role involves monitoring and managing building systems while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through shift-wise monitoring and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems for HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, and energy systems
• Generate daily reports including: System health and alarms, Equipment status and runtime hours, Faults, breakdowns, and corrective actions taken and Handover notes for the next shift
• Troubleshoot BMS issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and system inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
• Support audits, inspections, and management reporting requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
