Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support, configuration, and issue resolution for IBM TRIRIGA applications. Focus on Property Management (PM) and Construction/Facilities Maintenance (CM/FM) modules. Handle customizations, troubleshoot workflows/forms, and manage integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality and ensure system stability. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA support and development Strong knowledge of PM module (Property Management) Exposure to CM/FM module (Construction Projects/Facilities Maintenance) Proficiency in Java, J2EE , and Spring Boot Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Familiarity with TRIRIGA configuration, workflows, and forms Use of Data Connect/Data Integrator tools for data management Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in lease accounting , preventive/corrective maintenance Familiarity with approval flows and custom reports Understanding of integration with external systems Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices
