Roles & Responsibilities

OpenPages Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and customize

  IBM OpenPages

  modules for multiple client environments.
• Perform end-to-end system configuration including

  Task Focused UI

  , fields, forms, user access management, lookup tables, and application settings.
• Create and manage

  Libraries, Users, Groups, Role Templates, and Security Domains

  .
• Lead migration and upgrades from Standard UI to

  New Task Focused UI

  .

Customization & Development

• Develop OpenPages features such as:
  

• Workflows

• Calculations

• Triggers & Helpers

• Notifications

• Custom Utilities

• Build GRC solutions for operational risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
  
• Develop integrations using

  REST APIs

  and custom extensions.
• Implement business applications using

  Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring Boot, and RESTful services

  .

Integration, Testing & SDLC

• Work across full

  software development life cycle (SDLC)

  including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support systems integration across enterprise ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  
• Ensure OpenPages configurations meet business requirements, security standards, and audit guidelines.
  

Agile Delivery

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as an

  IBM OpenPages Developer

  (v7.0x / 8.x).
• Expertise in

  Operational Risk Management

  modules.
• Experience with workflows, triggers, calculations, helpers, and OpenPages system utilities.
  
• Experience working with Java/J2EE and REST API integrations.
  

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and risk/compliance processes.
  
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation projects.
  
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and modern integration patterns.
