Job Overview:

IBM Case Manager & FileNet P8 Developer

Key Responsibilities:


Case Management Solution Design & Development:



  • Design and develop

    IBM Case Manager solutions

    using

    IBM FileNet P8 stack

    .

  • Customize

    Case Manager solutions

    , including

    External Data Services (EDS)

    and

    Case Manager API integration

    .

  • Develop and implement

    workflows, security models, and business rules

    within

    IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2

    .


IBM FileNet P8 Customization & Configuration:



  • Configure and manage

    IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager and Process Manager

    .

  • Implement

    document storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management

    within the FileNet ecosystem.

  • Optimize

    content management and case handling processes

    for improved performance.


Development & Integration:



  • Develop

    custom Java and JavaScript

    components for enhanced solution functionality.

  • Integrate IBM Case Manager with

    external applications

    and

    data services

    .

  • Utilize

    Case Manager APIs

    for seamless data exchange and system automation.


Testing & Deployment:



  • Conduct

    unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

    .

  • Optimize

    existing case management workflows and content repository structures

    .

  • Provide

    technical documentation and training

    for end-users and administrators.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2 solution design and development

Good-to-Have Skills:

IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
