Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Studies and Economics Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12 under the IB curriculum. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in concepts, case studies, and board exam preparation strategies, and should foster entrepreneurial and financial thinking in students.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Business Studies and Economics for Grades 11 & 12 as per IB guidelines.
• Lesson Planning: Develop structured and interactive lesson plans using real-world examples.
• Student Assessment: Conduct tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to support growth.
• Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams through revision plans and practice assessments.
• Parent Communication: Keep parents informed of academic progress and development.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and contribute to department initiatives.

Qualification Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA / MA in Business or Commerce-related disciplines)
• OR Graduates/Postgraduates with specialization in Commerce, Management, or Business Administration and

  relevant teaching experience in IB

• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital teaching platforms
