Job Description

We are looking to fill a

CMDB Manager (Specialist Configuration Management)

Role :

Specialist Configuration Management

Location :

Hyderabad

Experience :

10+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage ITSM platform integrations (Freshworks, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc.).
  • Define and maintain CI attributes, relationships, and dependencies.
  • Work on vulnerability mapping using tools like Qualys or Tenable.
  • Develop configuration management policies and procedures in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CMDB alignment and reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (SACM, Change Management).
  • Experience in API/webhook-based integrations and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for automated discovery.
  • ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Certified Administrator preferred.
