Role Overview

full-time role

• Deliver

  high-quality IB Math tutoring

  to 11th and 12th-grade students.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our learning experience, design curriculum features, and ensure student success.
• Play a key role in

  building, running, and scaling

  the tutoring product.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Support

• Deliver personalized

  one-on-one and group tutoring sessions

  for IB Math (AA/AI, HL/SL).
• Create and curate learning materials, practice papers, and exam strategies.
• Track student progress, share feedback with parents, and design improvement plans.
• Inspire students to develop strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Product Development & Innovation

• Collaborate with the

  Founder & Product Team

  to improve the tutoring platform, curriculum design, and user experience.
• Provide insights on what works in live sessions and help translate that into product features.
• Co-create scalable academic content (quizzes, learning journeys, video explanations).

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with the

  Sales Team

  to understand parent/student needs and customize offerings.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to blogs, webinars, and demo classes.
• Help in onboarding new tutors and setting quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in

  Mathematics

  (Bachelor’s/Master’s preferred).

• 3+ years of IB tutoring/teaching experience

  (AA/AI, HL/SL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring teenagers.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced startup environment

  with cross-functional collaboration.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital teaching tools.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in

  EdTech / curriculum design / product building

  .
• Exposure to other international curricula (A-levels, AP).
• Creative mindset to design engaging student learning journeys.
