Job Description

We are looking for skilled IAM/PAM professionals (Senior & Junior Team Members) to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Okta (IAM) and/or CyberArk (PAM), along with hands-on experience in MFA solutions, troubleshooting, and enterprise-level operations. This role requires commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and working in a 24x7 support environment.

Skill / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • 48 years of hands-on experience in IAM and/or PAM platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Okta (IAM) and/or CyberArk (PAM) (Certification mandatory).
  • Practical experience with MFA technologies and integrations.
  • Basic administration skills in Windows, Linux, and Databases.
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL knowledge mandatory).
  • Proven Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global support environment.
  • Positive learning attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Okta (IAM) and CyberArk (PAM) platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Administer and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across enterprise applications.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Perform system checks, incident monitoring, and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Work on tickets (incidents, service requests, change requests, demand, and problem requests) in line with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Windows, Linux, Database Administrators) for end-to-end issue resolution.
  • Participate in rotational shifts (24x7 support, including nights and weekends) to ensure service availability.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM/PAM technologies and upskill regularly.
