IAM Leader

We are seeking a passionate and technically strong IAM Leader to drive and mature our Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy across the organization.

This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

program, covering areas such as Identity Governance, Identity Verification, and Lifecycle Management.

Youll collaborate closely with Product Management, Security Architecture, Engineering teams, and the CISO to define and implement best-in-class IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organizations IAM and CIAM strategy, in alignment with business and security objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management, and Access Control frameworks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including product teams, developers, vendors, and security engineers.
• Work closely with the CISO to align IAM practices with enterprise risk management and compliance standards.
• Oversee integration of internal and external-facing applications with CIAM platforms.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and user experience optimization across IAM platforms.
• Lead impact analysis, effort estimation, and prioritization for new features and enhancements.
• Drive automation and process improvement across identity-related operations.
• Stay updated on IAM trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in IAM/CIAM, including hands-on and strategic responsibilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CIAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, LDAP,and AD Federation.
• Expertise in IAM platforms such as PingIdentity (PingFederate, PingDirectory,PingID, DaVinci) or Okta.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle, SSO, MFA, FIDO2, Passwordless Authentication, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like PingOne DaVinci.
• Experience supporting CIAM infrastructure upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.
