I2P Business Partner

Role Overview: As an I2P Business Partner at Syngenta, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless I2P service delivery for respective countries and providing an enhancing experience to end users of the process. Your key objectives include ensuring compliance, stakeholder management, knowledge development, leadership, and driving projects for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Compliance: - Ensure compliance of SPDs and country-specific legal/regulatory obligations in I2P transactions - Implement corrective actions and enhancements to maintain compliance across all I2P processes - Stakeholder Management: - Identify, analyze, and prioritize the needs and expectations of stakeholders - Foster positive relationships through transparent communication and proactive engagement - Knowledge Development: - Build, improve & share knowledge of processes and systems proactively - Organize training sessions and knowledge sharing activities for I2P users and end-users - Leadership: - Coach, develop, and coordinate colleagues while actively engaging in center-related activities - Lead by example and demonstrate commitment to organizational values and objectives - Projects / Continuous Improvement: - Drive/support continuous improvement in I2P processes, user behaviors, and KPIs - Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Advanced verbal and written English knowledge; additional European language is a plus - Good interpersonal and organizational skills for effective communication within the organization - SAP ECC/S4 HANA knowledge; experience in Invoice Automation like VIM preferred - Experience in managing change, implementing new procedures, and re-engineering processes - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a global business environment undergoing changes (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description),
