As an I2P Business Partner at Syngenta, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless I2P service delivery for specific countries while enhancing the user experience for various stakeholders involved in the process. Your responsibilities encompass compliance, stakeholder management, knowledge development, leadership, and driving continuous improvement projects within the I2P domain. In terms of compliance, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SPDs) and country-specific legal requirements, actively working towards eliminating process exceptions and enhancing overall compliance in I2P transactions. Stakeholder management is crucial, requiring you to identify and prioritize stakeholder needs, foster positive relationships, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Knowledge development is key to your role, involving the enhancement and sharing of process and system knowledge among I2P users. Leadership skills are essential as you coach and develop colleagues, actively engage in center-related activities, and lead by example. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance I2P processes and user behaviors. To excel in this role, you must possess key competencies such as self-improvement, collaboration, and persuasion. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with advanced English proficiency, SAP knowledge, and experience in change management and process re-engineering are essential qualifications for this position.
