Job Description

Role Overview: You are required to have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Hyperion Modules. Your expertise should include implementing the latest versions of Oracle's On-premise Hyperion suite of products such as Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management, FCCS, on-prem planning & Hyperion Admin modules. You should possess the ability to understand user requirements in EPM and Finance domain and translate them into design specs and architect solutions. Experience in end-to-end Hyperion EPM Implementation, Architecting including Installation and application Design is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple client service delivery teams in actively executing engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards - Actively aid the consulting team in different project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and build POCs - Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs - Support configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, identify solution alternatives - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers - Work with clients to identify business challenges, refine, analyze, and structure relevant data - Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends - Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Possess one or two industry domain knowledge Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Hyperion Modules - Experience in implementing the latest versions of Oracle's On-premise Hyperion suite of products - Ability to understand user requirements in EPM and Finance domain - Experience in end-to-end Hyperion EPM Implementation, Architecting including Installation and application Design - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively - Awareness of the latest technologies and trends - Knowledge of one or two industry domains (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
