Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards across all outlets, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sanitation, waste disposal, and daily upkeep
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of hygiene and aesthetics
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely resolution of issues
Ensure timely training of staff in hygiene protocols, proper use of products and equipment
Develop checklists and monitor regular tasks such as deep cleaning, sanitization, and stock of hygiene supplies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain overall ambience and aesthetic quality across all outlets

Requirement:

Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, especially in clinical, beauty, or wellness environments
Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control practices, and aesthetic upkeep
Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and presentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance across multiple locations
Familiarity with facility management tools and reporting systems

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field
Certification in hygiene, housekeeping, or environmental health (preferred)

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in facility, hygiene, or housekeeping management preferably in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
