Role Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle both online and offline marketing for our health food products.
You’ll help increase sales, grow brand awareness, and connect with customers through both digital platforms and physical marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline / Field Work:

• Visit local stores, gyms, organic shops, cafés, and exhibitions to promote Arna’s products.
• Manage product displays, sampling, and stall promotions at events.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.

Online / Digital Marketing:

• Promote products on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in content creation, product photos/videos, and influencer collaborations.
• Handle customer inquiries and leads from social media.
• Support online sales through digital campaigns and posts.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Track daily sales and marketing activities.
• Work with management to plan local campaigns and new launch ideas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any field, Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome).
• Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Passion for health, nutrition, and marketing.
• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic MS Office.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel locally for promotions when required.
