HW Application Engineering (CE) Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your primary role will be to develop, define, and execute plans of record for documentation and reference design activities delivered by HW CE. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving the program management from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of milestones. Stakeholder management and aligning with Customer Engineering goals will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to anticipate and escalate issues to drive the expected TAT, establish new processes for efficiency, and drive continuous improvement through feedback from stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Program Management activities for documentation and reference design activities delivered by HW CE - Develop, define, and execute plans of record including schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks - Monitor and drive the program management from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions - Anticipate and escalate to management to drive the expected TAT - Stakeholder management aligning with Customer Engineering goals - Ability to establish new processes as needed for better efficiency - Drive Continuous Improvement through feedback from stakeholders - Regular updates to all stakeholders on deliverables, issues faced, mitigation plans, and action-plan Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience As an ideal candidate, you should possess 10-12 years of overall experience in hardware in semiconductor/systems design, validation, and customer engagement. Additionally, you should have 3-4 years of experience in Program Management or Applications Engineering Management role. Proficiency in JIRA/SF/Tableau/PowerBI is a plus, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, team interface skills, and the ability to work under tight timelines. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Electrical Engineering is required, with a Master's degree being desirable.
