HVAC Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor / Project manager to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all HVAC projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to industry standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, as well as proficiency in various construction management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to develop project schedules and timelines.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
• Provide guidance and training to HVAC technicians and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Utilize construction estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Cad .
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.

Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
