Job Summary:

The Duct Cleaning Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of HVAC and kitchen exhaust duct cleaning projects. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The supervisor manages field teams, coordinates with clients and vendors, and ensures quality control across all service sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision & Coordination
• Lead and manage duct cleaning technicians and helpers on-site.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
• Project Execution
• Oversee HVAC duct, kitchen exhaust, and robotic cleaning operations.
• Ensure proper use of equipment (robotic machines, vacuums, access tools).
• Monitor job progress and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Client & Vendor Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment, consumables, and logistics.
• Provide daily updates and final reports to clients and internal teams.
• Quality & Compliance
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, fire safety, and IAQ standards.
• Maintain documentation including checklists, SWMS, and service reports.
• Training & Development
• Train new technicians on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling opportunities.
• Inventory & Equipment Management
• Track usage of consumables and request replenishments.
• Ensure all tools and machines are maintained and calibrated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
