Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in HVAC systems.

Understand client requirements and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and update CRM records regularly.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ductable Units, AHUs, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel based on project/client requirements.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in HVAC sales for commercial, industrial, or government projects.

Established network with MEP consultants, contractors, and government agencies is an added advantage
