Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Manage labor force, including supervision and coordination of workers to achieve project goals.
Ensure timely completion of interior finishing works, including plumbing, electrical installations, and other related tasks.
Monitor material management processes to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to materials delivery and quality control.
Preferred candidate profile
:
Travel Allowance - Extra as per actuals
Food - Allowed for outstation
Candidate should be willing to work outstations - with a minimum stay period of 1 week per visit
Graduate - Engineering in civil
Experience - Minimum of 2-3 years in both civil and interiors
