Role & responsibilities This role is for a reputed lubricants-oil and grease company and their corporate office is in Mumbai. This role is open in 4 different locations in South India. More applicants are welcome. 1. Visit industrial buyers to generate leads for lubricating oils and grease. 2. Deliver presentations and propose innovative solutions. Submit quotations, participate in tenders, negotiate, and close sales. 3. Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their market positioning. 4. Prospect aggressively to build a sales pipeline and develop strong personal relationships with potential clients. 5. Manage end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, results tracking, and troubleshooting. 6. Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to the companys overarching goals. Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience in INDUSTRIAL SALES (mandatory) 2. Allied Industrial Sales Companies: Bearing Industry: FAG, SKF, ABC, NRB, DCB, ARB, NTN, INA, Timken, RBC, Ranker, etc. Gearbox Manufacturers: Esen Pro, Shanti Gears, Elecon, Flender, Igus, Murugappa, Triveni, Bharat Gears, etc. Tooling Industry: Kyocera, Tungaloy, Seco, Mitsubishi, Tagutec, Sandvik, Kennametal, etc. Qualifications: Education: B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical) + MBA in Marketing Minimum Experience: 5-7 years
Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the design development of Residential and commercial architecture projects (e.g., office spaces, retail, mixed-use developments, etc.). Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and client-ready proposals with attention to functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all project phases. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations. Guide junior team members and oversee design detailing and quality control. Support project execution with periodic site visits and coordination with site teams. Ensure adherence to local codes, building regulations, and project timelines. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture. 7-9 years of relevant experience in architectural design, primarily in commercial projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and project leadership. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of Revit is a bonus (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing. Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing design coordination independently with minimal supervision.
