Job Title: HVAC Site/Project Engineer ( STRICTLY READ JOB DESCRIPTION ) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Location: PUNE ( ACCOMMODATION WILLBE PROVIDED) Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA Experience: 1 Years Type: Full-Time, On-Site Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of HVAC site execution (ducting, piping, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs) Coordinate with consultants, contractors & internal teams Manage daily site work, materials, and manpower Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery Testing, commissioning & handover of HVAC systems · Responsible for successful Installation and commissioning of HVAC systems. · Coordination with clients, other agency for creating work fronts, clearing constraints, attending priority works. · Mobilization of resources such as subcontractor, material, tools etc., · Frequent review of site activities for monitoring progress and analyzing future requirement. · Knowledge in study of pipe line drawing and development. · HVAC systems maintenance work. · Through knowledge in material request and inspection on over all store keeping process. · Knowledge in preparing of check list and execution. · Modification in Drawings as per actual site execution. · HVAC system testing, adjusting and balancing.
