HVAC Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, reliable, and capable of managing site work, coordination, and timely project completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute HVAC projects as per design and specification
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project flow
• Prepare material requirements and BOQs
• Handle installation of ducting, piping, insulation, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers
• Manage site work, monitor progress, and ensure quality control
• Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget
• Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly project reports
• Handle vendor coordination and procurement follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Extensive Travelling on Project.

Ensure projects are executed within approved cost estimates. Actively manage subcontractors and material wastage to maintain profit margins. Coordinate with purchase team to optimize procurement costs

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of HVAC project execution experience
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and site execution
• Ability to manage site activities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
