Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC Cleaning, Installation and maintenance activities at various project sites while ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Cleaning, Installing, and Maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, etc.)
• Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades on-site
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC site supervision or execution experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation standards
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus
