Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the design team for efficient and effective project execution.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems using advanced technology and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely material delivery.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
