Collaborate with R&D and product development teams during prototyping, testing, and validation phases. Ensure system design adheres to relevant standards (ASHRAE, AHRI, ISHRAE) and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with internal departments including sales, procurement, and production for end-to-end project execution. Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation, including datasheets, manuals, and submittals. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamic cycles, and refrigeration principles Proficient in the use of HVAC design and simulation software (e.g., Bitzer, Unilab) Knowledge of refrigerants and their impact on system design and performance Ability to optimize component selection for energy efficiency and system reliability Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong documentation and reporting abilities Familiarity with green building standards and energy efficiency regulations is a plus Preferred Experience: Experience working with HVAC OEMs or system integrators Hands-on involvement in the design and development of packaged chillers, VRFs, or heat pump systems Exposure to international HVAC markets and standards

Role Description The HVAC Design Engineer is responsible for designing and drafting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems using industry-standard tools. Key duties include performing load calculations, airflow analysis, and duct sizing, as well as creating and reviewing system layouts and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Key Responsbilities Design and draft HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Perform accurate cooling and heating load calculations in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE). Conduct airflow analysis and size ductwork to ensure system efficiency and performance. Develop HVAC system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate mechanical systems across disciplines. Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards (e.g., SMACNA, ASHRAE), and project specifications. Review and update construction documents, respond to RFIs, and provide technical support during project execution. Assist with equipment selection and cost estimation in coordination with vendors and suppliers. Support project documentation, submittals, and participate in design review meetings.
