Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to design and coordinate air conditioning and ventilation systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves load calculation, system selection, duct design, and ensuring compliance with codes and energy standards.
Key Responsibilities •
Perform heat load calculations and select appropriate HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, packaged units, AHUs, FCUs).
• Prepare duct layouts, chilled water piping, and ventilation schematics.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IS codes, and energy efficiency requirements. • Coordinate HVAC layouts with architecture, structure, and other services.
• Prepare equipment schedules, specifications, and BOQs.
• Provide technical support during tendering and site execution.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 years’ experience in HVAC design for buildings/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of system selection, energy codes, and green building standards. • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP exposure preferred. Key Skills

• Ability to optimize for energy efficiency.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
