• Design water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
Size and specify pumps, tanks, piping, and sanitary fixtures.
Develop firefighting system layouts (hydrants, sprinklers, pump rooms).
• Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS & FM codes, local fire codes.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, structure, and other MEP engineers.
Bachelors degree in mechanical/civil/building services engineering.
7 years experience in plumbing and fire system design.
• Knowledge of NBC, IS, and local authority regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage.
Key Skills • Strong grasp of plumbing/firefighting design principles.
• Attention to detail and compliance.
Teamwork and coordination ability.
