Civil Site Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise daily site ac vi es and ensure smooth execution of residential construction projects. • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and design documents. • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to manage construc on phases effectively. • Monitor progress against project schedules and report updates to the project manager. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regula ons, and quality standards. • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements. • Manage site documenta on including daily progress reports, material records, and inspection logs. • Iden fy and resolve any design or construction issues in a timely manner. • Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment of construction execution with design intent. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. • [2+ years] of experience in site engineering for residential construction projects. • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures on construction sites. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with villa/townhouse/apartment developments. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, Revit, or similar tools.
