Job Description

Position: HVAC Design Engineer Location: Pune Experience Required: 2+ Years Key Skills: Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD Experience in Building Services and International Projects (US experience preferred) Team handling experience Familiarity with industry standards and codes (NYC Building Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.) Responsibilities: Design and maintain mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects. Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Trane Trace, and Carrier HAP. Perform detailed calculations and ensure code compliance and customer requirements. Review and verify engineering submittals, shop drawings, and construction documents. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met. Develop cost estimation, bills of materials, and training modules for junior engineers. Provide training to improve performance and adhere to standards.
