Human Resources Trainee (Internship)

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will be part of a dynamic Human Resources team where you will gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting in administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. - Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation. - Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. - Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees. - Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements. - Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Key Skills & Competencies: - Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and documentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools. - Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
