Job Description

HR Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll support activities.
