Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist, your role involves ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations by managing key processes, compliance, and coordination to support business functions. You will be responsible for HR operations, compliance, and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and employee databases with precision. - Handle employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, and operational concerns. - Coordinate with department heads for smooth execution of HR processes. - Prepare and analyze HR reports, including MIS and compliance documentation. - Support in statutory compliance, audits, and maintaining HR policies. - Assist in employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in HR Operations. - BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field. In addition, you will need to demonstrate necessary technical skills such as proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong knowledge of HR workflows, and compliance regulations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Your behavioral competencies should include excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information. Being a team player with a proactive approach will be beneficial in this position. Preferred Knowledge and Competencies: - Understanding of HR policies, statutory regulations, and best practices. - Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. Location of work will be at the Head Office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday in US shift with weekend availability. The work is expected to be in person.,
