Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Visakhapatnam. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with administering employee benefits programs and respond to employee queries.
• Performance & Compliance: Support performance management processes and ensure HR practices comply with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
