Role Description

This is a full-time internship opportunity for a Human Resources & Placement Intern based in Kozhikode. This on-site role involves assisting with HR operations, managing recruitment processes, coordinating placement activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include helping to formulate HR policies, maintain employee records, and liaise with educational institutions and corporate partners to create placement opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and placement coordination is an advantage
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresher or prior internship experience in HR would be beneficial
